SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY
:
"Stewards Living a God-Pleasing Life," is a six-session study that will help us review pertinent sections of scripture that instruct us in the management of our lives and resources. Class begins on Sunday, September 7, at 9:15 a.m.

ADULT INSTRUCTION

Adult instruction will begin Sunday, September 14. This is a course of instruction for those desiring to learn more about Lutheran doctrine and practice. If you are interested in communicant membership or would like the opportunity to review these familiar teachings of the Bible we encourage you to attend. Classes meet at 9:15 a.m. in the Mueckler Library.

MIDWEEK CONFIRMATION AND
CATECHISM INSTRUCTION:
C. C. I. is offered for all children in grades 4 through 8. Our congregation has adopted a four-year program of education for all students in grades 4- 8. Participation is required of students in grades 7 and 8 if they wish to be confirmed in our congregation. Classes begin on September 10th and meet on Wednesdays from 6: 30-8:00 p. m. during the school year. At 6:00 a light supper is available to all for a $1.00 donation. LIFE-LIGHT BIBLE STUDY
This is our tenth year of LifeLight studies. This fall the focus of our attention will be on LifeLight Foundations: "Worship.” For those of you who have not attended LifeLight studies before, this course will help you get started. For those of you who have taken part in these classes before, it will serve as an excellent review of the Bible. Fall classes are held on Thursdays, beginning Sept. 18th. You may choose to attend either the 10:30 a. m. or the 7:00 p. m. class. Both classes meet in the Mueckler Library.

DISCOVERING GOD'S WAY
"Discovering God's Way of Handling Money" is an eight-session course in the management of money. Through discussion and practical exercises, our goal is to become better stewards of the resources God has given us. Class begins Sunday, October 5, time to be
announced. Reservations needed for ordering materials.

MEN'S BREAKFAST/BIBLE STUDY. The men of our congregation gather on the third Saturday of each month at Zion at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast and Bible study.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY All ladies are invited to meet at Zion on the 1st
& 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30
p. m. On the 1st Tuesday our women meet for Bible Study followed by a brief business meeting. The 3rd Tuesday of the month is devoted to a service
project or craft activities. Brandi Bucholz currently serves as president of the Guild.

Zion is committed to theologically sound study of God's Word and the doctrines of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. It is our goal to provide as many opportunities to study the Word as desired by the congregation. Please try to join us at any of these opportunities so that you too can learn more about God's Word.

COLLEGE STUDENT BIBLE STUDY:
This group meets at Christ The King Chapel, during the CMU school year, on Sundays at 7: 00 p. m. and Wednesdays 9: 00 p. m.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT MINISTRY: Conversation and Bible study groups for international students meet during each term at Christ The King under the direction of Anne
Bakker. Volunteer participation is welcomed for this ministry.

YOUNG COUPLES GROUP:
This group of young couples meets monthly for fellowship activities. Contact person is Brandi Bucholz.
